The Welcome Project brand crafted for East End United Regional Ministry (EEU) works to invite broad new audiences into their church campuses as they work to transform them into community hubs. The brand communicates openness and inclusivity. The associated logo can be customized for the purposes of existing and future EEU hubs.
The brand story is rooted in the often overlooked role of church buildings as the original social innovation hubs, incubating some of the City's most impactful organizations, many of which could not afford space anywhere else in the communities they serve. It positions the emerging hubs alongside the City's newer, modern tech hubs, while highlighting their legacy role within the broader landscape.
It's launch at EEU's first hub visioning session, engaging approximately 100 key community stakeholders, garnered a positive reception.
